Out exploring the remote fringes of the northern Black Hills in southeastern Montana, you and your friends stumble upon a prairie dog town. As you’re snapping photos of the adorable critters, disaster strikes—your friend gets bitten. Almost instantly, they fall ill. Something’s very wrong.
Desperate for help, you rush to the nearest building: a weathered ranch house with the front door slightly ajar. But what you find inside isn’t a home—it’s a hidden research facility. Evidently, someone’s been studying a mutated form of the plague virus in prairie dogs, and this remote location made the perfect test site.
Now you’re inside. Your friend is getting worse. And something in this house doesn’t want you to leave.
