❓ Frequently Asked Questions

🗓️ Do I need a reservation?
You don’t need one, but walk-ins are based on availability. We strongly recommend making a reservation—especially if you want a specific time or themed room.

🚪 Will we be truly locked in? What if I’m claustrophobic?
Nope! For safety, the entrance door is never locked (fire code). The “escape” door will be locked as part of the game. Rooms are fairly spacious—about 400 square feet—and comfortable for most players.

🎤 Will we be able to communicate from inside the rooms?
Yes! Each room has a door bell that you ring to speak with your Game Master—and with other rooms if you’re playing as a group. You’ll use this to request hints or exit if needed.

⏳ What if we don’t solve the game in one hour?
We give you extra time if our schedule allows! You may get up to 90 minutes to finish if you’d like to keep going.

🧠 Can the game be made harder or easier at our request?
Each room has a preset difficulty level. You can ask at check-in if there’s a harder or easier option available.

👥 Who will enjoy the game the most?
Tourists, families, date nights, coworkers, birthday groups, puzzle lovers, gamers… honestly, everyone who enjoys a fun challenge!

👫 How many people can be on a team?
Rooms are designed for 2 to 8 players, but we’ve hosted up to 11 in one (it gets cozy!). Want to go big? With notice, we can host up to 40 people by renting the full facility.

♿ Are you ADA compliant?
Yes! We’re located on the ground floor with full access to all rooms and restrooms.

📱 Can I bring my cell phone?
Yes—but it won’t help you escape! 🔐 We provide locking trunks at each room entrance if you’d like to store valuables.

🕒 How long does the experience last?
Expect about 90 minutes total, or up to 2 hours for harder rooms. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers, get briefed, and even dress up if you’re feeling the vibe.

🏢 Can we rent the entire experience?
Yes! If your session is unbooked, you can rent out the full venue. Planning a party or corporate event? Email us—we’re happy to open outside regular hours too.

🔐 Will other people be added to our group?
Nope! Once you book a room, it’s yours. We never mix groups.

🎭 How many escape room scenarios do you offer?
We currently offer five unique adventures, unless one is temporarily closed for repairs or updates.
